Laser Therapy for Pets in Bradenton, FL
At Animal Hospital at Lakewood Ranch, we believe pets deserve access to modern, non-invasive therapies that help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support healing. Our veterinary laser therapy treatments are designed to help dogs and cats recover more comfortably from injuries, surgery, arthritis, and chronic inflammation. Laser therapy is commonly used alongside other treatments to help pets recover more comfortably and maintain a better quality of life.
To make ongoing care convenient and affordable, we offer flexible treatment options including single sessions, 3-session packages, 6-session packages, and 10-session packages based on your pet’s individual needs and treatment goals.
What is veterinary laser therapy?
Laser therapy, sometimes called cold laser therapy or therapeutic laser therapy, uses focused light energy to stimulate cells and tissues beneath the skin. This process, known as photobiomodulation, helps encourage the body’s natural healing response.
Unlike surgical lasers, therapeutic lasers do not cut tissue or create heat damage. Treatments are gentle, non-invasive, and typically very relaxing for pets. Most sessions only take a few minutes.
Many pets become noticeably more comfortable after treatment, especially those dealing with arthritis, inflammation, or chronic pain.
